Scholarship recipients shall be full-time, undergraduate students with a major in the College of Education. The Donors’ goal in establishing this scholarship program is to promote the benefits and educational values f diversity in the student body by increasing representation of ethnic minority students. The Donors are establishing this scholarship program to benefit ethnic minority students and request that ASU give strong preference to ethnic minority applicants who are otherwise eligible.
