It is preferred that the scholarship recipients are graduates of North High School in Phoenix, Arizona. If no recipients are available from North High School, then recipients from the Phoenix Union High School District may be considered. Scholarship recipients shall be undergraduate students pursuing a major in the College of Education, with emphasis on Early Childhood Education. At the current time, majors are
offered in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Early Childhood Education, Multilingual/Multicultural Education and Special Education. Additional or different
