Recipient(s) shall be full or part time students enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester hours per semester. Preference shall be given to students majoring in early childhood education or elementary education and attending classes at West campus. First preference shall be given to graduates of Peoria High School. Second preference shall go to applicants from other high schools in the Peoria High School District. Financial need is not a factor.
