Recipient(s) shall be enrolled in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. Preference shall be give to students majoring in early childhood education or elementary education and attending classes at the West campus. Preference shall also be given to a graduate from Peoria High School or a graduate of the Peoria School District.
